About The Ballinluig Inn
comfort, hospitality and a genuine taste of Scottish warmth
Nestled in the heart of Highland Perthshire, The Ballinluig Inn has long served as a welcoming stop for travellers exploring the scenic route between Perth and the Highlands. Located just a few miles from Pitlochry, in the small village of Ballinluig, the hotel has been part of the local community for decades – offering comfort, hospitality and a genuine taste of Scottish warmth to visitors from near and far.
Originally established as a traditional roadside inn, it became a popular rest point thanks to its proximity to the River Tummel and the A9, attracting anglers, hillwalkers and holidaymakers alike. Over the years, it has evolved with the times while retaining its friendly character and local charm.
Now under new ownership, The Ballinluig Inn is entering an exciting new chapter – one that blends its proud heritage with a fresh approach to Highland hospitality.
