Dog-friendly stays

We know your four-legged companions are part of the family. That’s why some of our rooms are dog-friendly. Simply let us know in advance if you’re bringing your furry friend, and we’ll make sure you’re booked into the right space.

A £20 fee per dog, per stay, applies to cover additional cleaning.

Each of our rooms is designed to provide comfort, convenience and value, making The Ballinluig Inn a welcoming base for your stay in Highland Perthshire.

All rooms are non-smoking and include complimentary toiletries, en suite bathroom, flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, towels and linens, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board available on request.

Superior King or Twin

Located on the first floor, this is one of our largest rooms. It can be arranged as either a super king bed or twin beds, offering flexibility for couples or friends. Dual aspect windows flood the room with natural light, and a cosy sofa provides the perfect spot to watch TV or enjoy views of the surrounding hills. The en suite bathroom features a bath with shower above, and our luxury toiletries are included.

The Ballinluig Inn Superior King Garden View Room

Superior King or Twin (Garden View)

Spacious and versatile, these rooms can be arranged as a super king or twin beds. They feature a desk for working, a comfortable chair to enjoy the garden views, and a generous en suite bathroom – one with a bath and the others with a large shower. Luxury toiletries are included to complete your stay.

Dog-Friendly Superior King or Twin (Ground Floor)

Located in our Annexe, this is our only ground floor room – ideal for guests who prefer step-free access. It can be set up as either two single beds or a super king bed (please specify when booking).

The room includes a desk, a comfortable chair for relaxing, and an en suite shower room with our refreshing Sea Kelp toiletries. This room is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion is welcome to join you (£20 per dog, per stay).

Standard Double

Offering a little more space, our standard double rooms also overlook the back garden. Along with the standard amenities, these rooms include a desk for working and a comfortable chair – ideal for relaxing with a book. Each has an en suite shower room with our complimentary toiletries.

Small Double

Compact yet comfortable, our small double rooms are located on the first floor with views over the back garden. Perfect as a base for exploring Highland Perthshire, they include all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Each room has an en suite shower room stocked with our luxury toiletries.

Booking terms & conditions

Payment Policy: The full balance will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking the day before check-in. If payment has not been made 24 hours prior to check-in, the booking will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee equal to the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled without charge until midnight, 48 hours before arrival. If cancelled after this time, the full value of the booking will be charged.
Group Booking Policy: For reservations of three or more rooms made by the same person, our group booking policy will apply.

Check-in: from 4.00pm (Arriving after 7.30pm. Contact us to arrange out-of-hours check-in.)
